Snowman Measuring Board Tags

The gift families pull out every Christmas.

Each snowman is cut to the height of the child it belongs to and finished with their own handprints. These printable poem tags tie on with the scarf, so families remember exactly how small they were.

Lean this snowman against the wall
to remind you of when I was this small.
Take him out each Christmas and see,
I’m not as little as I used to be!

  • 12 tags: 6 in full colour + 6 low-ink
  • A spot for each child’s name and the year
  • A one-page how-to for making the boards

HOW IT WORKS

A simple gift with a whole lot of heart

1

Measure & make

Cut a 1x4 board to each child’s height, sand it smooth and paint it white. Add a toque, a painted face and a ribbon scarf.

2

Add their handprints

Three little handprints down the body become the snowman’s buttons. This part is all theirs!

3

Tie on the tag

Print on cardstock, add their name and the year, punch the hole and tie it on with the scarf.
